District at Greenville is by far one of the best Apartments I’ve lived at. The location is perfect because we’re right ... in the center of everything whether its North Park Mall, dessert places in Richardson, Allen Outlets, Deep Ellum or DFW Airport everything is within distance. Also the apartments themselves are spacious, with beautiful wood looking vinyl floors and updated appliances. The complex is quiet and has 24 hour security along with 24 hour towing. The car garages are also a plus here since many complexes only offer carports. Besides the amazing amenities, the maintenance team immediately responds to any issues ASAP!!, even during this recent snow storm we had with rolling black outs and freezing pipes. We had a few pipes burst in my building, but maintenance immediately made all repairs and made sure all residences had water. The staff and manager are beyond amazing and experienced. The staff also does fun events/ activities throughout the year with prizes. The complex also recently set up valet trash which is made life a lot easier. I lived here for over a year and I’m sad to leave due to the location and amazing staff/manager. I wouldn’t be moving if it wasn’t for my job and I definitely recommend moving here. My husband just did a review and I figured I would follow up with one as well after a discussion with him on renewing or ... transfer onsite. We were on the website to see what was available and saw the review button. I have to say about a year ago, I wanted to move because I just was not seeing much of an improvement. . I have known the manager now for 3 years. She was assistant manager and was good then. Now that she moved up to Manager I am for sure staying! Love my home
I moved to Dallas from Houston and I had to find an apartment quick! I am so glad that I found these apartments. The office ... staff is very attentive and work orders are taken care of quickly. These apartments are super quiet and very secure. I would recommend staying here hands down! I won't be leaving anytime soon! Oh and as far as parking, have your stuff in order because they will tow which is a good and bad thing because we don't ever have parking issues! I love it here!!!! Heather and her staff rock!!! Ownership recently changed and since, this community has increased value in all aspects, from the staff to the amenities ... to the response when emailing. We now have signage up reminding visitors to register their vehicle, which the system is super easy and quick to use. We are getting a dog park since we are a dog friendly community, it makes sense to have a dog park! The staff is very responsive and nice. Maintenance crew makes the extra effort to get to know you and make sure you are happy. The new owners have really been making this community more likable as a resident. Now that things are looking up, I really wish I wasn't moving, but life moves us forward. I'm happy to know I will get to enjoy at least half a year with these new renovations. I loved my new move in! My apartment was beautiful, and fresh. Aida and Heather made me feel so welcome. Heather brought me coffee and my husband water while we were registering our cars. What a delight! They both had a great customer service. Far better than I have ever seen. The both of them made us feel so important. The property is clean and for the most part pretty quiet. I am enjoying the dog park too.

We just relocated to Dallas after my hubby got a new job. Hayley made the transition so easy. Moving is always so stressful and I can honestly say that the customer service alone deserves 10 stars. The location is great and although the spacious rooms, pool and (get this) 24 hour gym is all amazing my favorite part is I GET MY OWN GARAGE!!!!! That is so hard to find in an apartment in this area! I’m extremely happy with our choice to move here!!!
